I can't believe we're on the brink of one year since we first went into lockdown… and the moment I decided to take a huge leap of faith with my business. I don't know about you, but this time out from ‘normal' life has put a lot of things into perspective – and increased my focus on what really matters most.

To me, this is a commitment to providing the best possible service to my patients, while balancing family life with four children.

And when I get an idea in my head, I don't hang about! I made the decision to go out on my own in April 2020 and building work was complete with a brand new, purpose-built clinic ready to open when Lockdown 1 lifted in early July.

It was fantastic to have full control over the creation of a beautiful, safe space for my patients in South Belfast's leafy suburbs, with accessible entry in a discreet setting – and that all-important easy parking. After many years working as an advanced injector for some of Northern Ireland's most prestigious practitioners, I'm delighted to have my own space.

Little did I know back then that another two lockdowns were still to come – and that I'd be homeschooling for most of the year – but I am delighted to have taken this step and very much looking forward to what the future holds.

In between home schooling and brief periods when I was allowed to open my doors, I've spend the past year honing my skills and learning new ones with advanced training. I've also invested and trained in technology that will allow me to deliver revolutionary new treatments for you.

Everyone who has visited the clinic to date has absolutely loved it – I can't wait to reopen the doors and hope to welcome you through them very soon!
